This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user and the jp769 platform. By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by jp769, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein without exception.

- Jp769 reserves the right to require an identity verification (KYC) process before processing the first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected.

3Deposit & Withdrawal
Jp769 supports a range of commonly used payment methods in Indonesia for convenient transactions. All financial transactions are subject to the following terms:
Deposit:
- The minimum deposit is Rp 20,000 per transaction. There is no daily maximum deposit limit for regular members.
- Supported deposit methods include bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, CIMB Niaga), digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and QRIS.
- Deposits are generally processed automatically within seconds. If a deposit does not reflect within 10 minutes, contact the support team with proof of transfer.
- Deposits may only be made to the official jp769 accounts listed on the account deposit page. Do not transfer to any account not listed there.
Withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
- The account name for withdrawals must exactly match the name registered on your jp769 account. Withdrawals to accounts under a different name will not be processed.
- Jp769 processes withdrawals in an average of 5–15 minutes across all available payment methods.
- Bonus balances that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn. See details in the Bonus & Promotions section.
- Jp769 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing large or first-time withdrawals.
There are no hidden administrative fees for deposits or withdrawals at jp769. The amount you withdraw is the amount that will arrive in your account.
4Bonus & Promotions
Jp769 offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms listed on the relevant promotions page, and the following general terms apply to all bonus types:
- Each bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The rollover amount is stated on each promotion's detail page.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per promotion, unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus will be considered a violation.
- Jp769 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and wins if evidence of promotional abuse is found.
- Welcome bonuses apply to the first deposit only and cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Jp769 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue promotions at any time with reasonable notice to members.
- Cancelled bets, drawn bets, or bets with very low odds do not count toward bonus rollover completion.

5Game Rules
All games available at jp769 — slots, Live Casino, fish shooting, and sports betting — are operated by internationally licensed providers that are regularly audited to ensure fair play. General game rules are as follows:
- Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system for slot games and virtual tables, and by real dealers and physical equipment for Live Casino.
- Dealer decisions and game system outcomes are final and binding. jp769 has no ability to manipulate game results from licensed providers.
- Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If a technical disruption occurs during a game (disconnection, system error), jp769 will process a proportional bet refund based on the state of the game at the time of the disruption.

9Account Closure & Suspension
Members may close their jp769 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 1×24 hours. Any remaining active balance (excluding bonus balance) will be returned to the registered account after verification is complete.
Jp769 also reserves the right to close or freeze a member's account under the following circumstances:
- Found to have committed a violation of the applicable terms.
- Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity has been detected.
- Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions of any kind.
- At the member's own request as part of a self-exclusion program.
10Changes to Terms and Conditions
